Messenger para iOS se actualiza y agrega la capacidad de video chat en grupos
Después de habilitar la llamada de grupo por audio en la app de Messenger con soporte para hasta 50 participantes, en el día de hoy Facebook lanzó la capacidad de hacer video en grupo en su popular servicio de mensajería. La capacidad de video chat en grupos es la característica más solicitada en Messenger. La función está disponible a partir de hoy en iOS/Android y en la versión de escritorio del servicio de mensajería.
Para activar el chat de grupo en una conversación cara a cara, debes tocar en el nuevo icono de video que se encuentra en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla. A todos los miembros del grupo se les notificará que iniciaste un chat de video y cada persona puede unirse si así lo desea.
También puedes llamar directamente a sólo unas pocas personas o todo el grupo.
El chat de video en grupo admite hasta seis personas a la vez, aunque puede haber hasta 50 participantes que pueden escuchar y unirse al chat a través de voz o en cámara.

Mientras se hace un video chat de grupo, puedes utilizar filtros de vídeo como en Snapchat (esta característica se lanzará pronto en Android) que la cámara de Messenger incorporó a principios de mes junto con los stickers, marcos, máscaras, filtros y otros efectos especiales.
